WORTH Digitization, a unit of WORTH Trust, was established in 2006 as RCMCT – WORTH Trust Rehabilitation Centre at KK Nagar, Chennai. It is currently located at Rotary Club of Madras, Selaiyur Campus, Chennai.
The unit is involved in the following activities:
- Converting printed books into E-Books for the Visually Impaired. The books are transformed into digital word/audio files, which can be read (heard) using screen readers in computers/MP3 Players without depending on readers. WORTH Trust is a recognized partner of the US-based BOOKSHARE for the production of books in accessible format for their Digital Library for the Visually Impaired. To date, WORTH Digitization has processed and contributed more than 25,000 Titles to the Bookshare Library, including fiction, non-fiction, textbooks, and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) books. In 2023, the unit converted over 268,000 pages, equivalent to nearly 1000 books.

- WORTH Digitization is involved in printing Braille books for the visually impaired. Using 2 INDEX BRAILLE EMBOSSERS (Braille Box V4 & V5), the unit can print 900 pages per hour. The unit converts school books, college books, law books, and all kinds of spiritual books into Braille. Visually impaired school and college students, teachers, college professors, advocates, and law students benefit from receiving Braille books at a nominal cost. In 2023, the unit printed over 1655 volumes, equivalent to nearly 1,75,000 braille pages.
- WORTH Digitization undertakes photo scanning of old photos and converts them into evergreen albums.
