WORTH Plastics started in the year 1988 in Katpadi. The unit is equipped with hi-precision computer controlled injection moulding machines with capacities ranging from 17 to 550 tonnes and accessories such as hopper loaders, chillers, driers, dehumidifiers, mixers, pre-heating ovens, printing and hot-stamping equipment. With a highly competent workforce, WORTH Plastics handles various kinds of plastics, such as, delrin, ABS, HIPS, Poly-propylene, Nylon and other engineering plastics. The unit supplies high–precision components for the automobile, electrical and electronic industries besides toilet seats with covers and toilet flushing mechanism.

This unit also produces assistive devices essential for the education of children with visual disabilities at highly subsidized prices maintaining international quality standards. Some of the assistive devices are: The Braille Slate, Stylus, Abacus, Geometry sets, Universal Braille Kit etc. It has a well laid out and spacious factory with 5S implementation, in house tool maintenance and post mounding assembly lines.
